Hands-free at 3am

Newborn. One arm pinned by a sleeping kid. The other holding a bottle or a phone. I can’t type. I can think, and I can talk.

So the workflow is hands-free.

Wispr Flow turns voice into text in any input I can focus, with punctuation and context-aware corrections that hold up. It is the single piece without which none of this works. I dictate at the speed I think.

Notion is the substrate for thinking. Voice notes from Wispr land directly into Notion pages and into Chaos Dimension cards. Same surface for messy thinking and tracked work.

Claude Code is the executor. I dictate a card. An always-on session on a droplet (run by claude-rc-server) claims the card over Chaos Dimension’s MCP and works the repo. Chaos Conductor keeps the box healthy: status read-back, provisioning, lifecycle. I read the diff with one thumb.

The loop:

• Think out loud into Wispr Flow.
• Drop the thought into Notion or onto a Chaos Dimension card.
• An agent claims the card and works.
• I review the result on a phone while the kid sleeps.

What I notice. Voice changes which ideas survive. Typed thinking is linear and pre-pruned. Voice thinking is messier and more honest. That is good for specs and bad for prose, so I dictate specs and refine prose later with both hands.

Reciting specs to a sleeping baby at 3am turns out to be the most productive poetry I’ve ever written.
